DO I NEED A TELEPHONE CONNECTION TO HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION?

NOT. You don’t need a phone connection. The connection comes from repeaters spread throughout the island (check coverage)

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SPEED THAT CAN BE HIRED?

The speeds are: 8 mb, 10 mb and 20 mb

DOES MY CONNECTION HAVE ANY LIMITATIONS?

NOT. The connections do not have any type of limitation since they are assigned a public IP dynamically, which can be fixed if needed.

CAN I HAVE A LANDLINE?

YES. We have fixed telephony with national and international rates and calls to mobiles, with a prefix 928.

DO YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF PERMANENCE?

We have permanent and non-permanent connections, you decide which one best suits your needs. (Consult facilities)

CAN I CONTRACT SYMMETRIC CONNECTIONS?

YES. We have 10/10 Mbps connections. You can also add upload megabytes to private and SME connections. (Check prices)

AM I HIRING A COMPANY THAT COMPLIES WITH THE LEGISLATION?
YES. Telecolanza is registered with the CMT (CNMC), Ministry of Industry, Ripe and is registered with the AEPD (Agencia Española de protección de datos). It is trained and certified by the companies we work with, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.
WHAT DOES THE LEGISLATION AFFECT THE CONNECTIONS WITH COMPANIES THAT DO NOT DO IT?
First, each client receives a public IP dynamically, the public IP is not shared. And secondly, we comply with the client data protection law, since we are registered and audited for a correct treatment of the information that clients provide us.
