DO I NEED A TELEPHONE CONNECTION TO HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION?

NO. You don't need a phone connection. The connection comes from repeaters scattered throughout the island (check coverage)

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM SPEED THAT CAN BE HIRED?

DOES MY CONNECTION HAVE ANY LIMITATIONS?

NO. The connections do not have any type of limitation since they are assigned a public IP dynamically, which can be fixed if you need it.

CAN I HAVE A LANDLINE?

YES. We have fixed telephony with national and international rates and calls to mobiles, with prefix 928.

DO YOU HAVE ANY KIND OF PERMANENCE?

We have permanent and non-permanent connections, you decide which one best suits your needs. (Consult facilities)

CAN SYMMETRIC CONNECTIONS BE CONTRACTED?

YES. We have 10/10 Mbps connections. Upload megabytes can also be added to private and SME connections. (Check prices)

AM I HIRING A COMPANY THAT COMPLIES WITH THE LEGISLATION?

YES. Telecolanza is registered with the CNMC (CMT), Ministry of Industry, Ripe and is registered with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency). It is trained and certified by the companies we work with, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.

WHAT DOES THE LEGISLATION AFFECT THE CONNECTIONS WITH COMPANIES THAT DO NOT DO IT?
